With more than 20 years of experience across elite sport and enterprise-grade technology environments, Sean Gibson brings a rare dual perspective that bridges athlete experience, board governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and AI/data risk management.

He currently serves as Chair of Ireland Lacrosse's High Performance Committee and the Men's National Team Director, and previously chaired the World Lacrosse Athletes' Commission.
